Incoming Staff
Application Process
Staff from our partner universities are cordially invited to the University of Würzburg as part of a staff mobility for teaching (STA) or for training (STT).
STA mobilities are possible for academics who teach in the respective subject in Würzburg. STT mobilities are possible for all employees of the partner universities, e.g. for participation in job shadowing, workshops and training courses. Within the framework of the Würzburg KA 171 project, the focus of staff mobilities is on STA mobilities. However, please contact the respective subject coordinator with regard to opportunities for participation in work shadowing, workshops and training courses.
Staff mobilities within the framework of ERASMUS 171 can only be funded for a minimum duration of 5 days. In the case of staff mobility for teaching (STA), it is necessary to teach at least 8 hours per full week. For mobilities lasting longer than 5 working days (or 7 calendar days), the teaching load is calculated on a pro rata basis (formula: 8 hours/5 days x additional days). Please contact the subject coordinators at the partner universities and the subject coordinators at the University of Würzburg if you are interested in a staff mobility. Staff will be selected in close consultation with the respective Würzburg subject coordinator.
Please note that in addition to the KA 171 partner universities, there are other partner universities of the University of Würzburg in Europe and beyond. These can be found on the homepage of the International Office.
