Outgoing Staff

Application Procedure

University staff is invited to undertake a staff mobility for teaching (STA) or training (STT) at one of our partner universities .

STA mobilities are possible for academics who teach in the respective subject at one of the partner universities. STT mobilities are for all employees of the University of Würzburg, e.g. for participation in job shadowing, workshops and training courses. Within the framework of the Würzburg KA 171 project, the focus of staff mobilities is on STA mobilities. However, please contact the relevant subject coordinator for information on opportunities to take part in work shadowing, workshops and training sessions.

Staff mobilities within the framework of ERASMUS 171 can only be funded for a minimum duration of 5 days. In the case of staff mobility for teaching (STA), it is necessary to teach at least 8 hours per full week. For mobilities lasting longer than 5 working days (or 7 calendar days), the teaching load is calculated on a pro rata basis (formula: 8 hours/5 days x additional days). Please contact the subject coordination at the University of Würzburg if you are interested in a staff mobility. Please note that the mobilities are focussed on the respective subjects.

Please note that in addition to the KA 171 partner universities, there are other partner universities of the University of Würzburg within Europe and beyond. These can be found on the homepage of the International Office.
