Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Pejatović

Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Pejatović is a Full Professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Andragogy, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, and will be a Visiting Professor at the University of Würzburg in the summer semester of 2025.

Modul: Educational Guidance and Competence Development A (Seminar: Competencies and Competences Oriented Education)

She is the author of approximately 130 papers published nationally and internationally, addressing various issues related to adult education and learning, vocational education, and vocational training for adults.

She has received several awards, including:

  • The Professor Borivoj Samolovčev Fund Award for the book Education and Quality of Life, for contributions to the development of andragogical science (Matica Srpska, Novi Sad, 2007),

  • First prize in the National Euroguidance Competition for Good Practices in Career Guidance for implementing the course Career Management Skills at Universities in Belgrade, awarded by the Tempus Foundation – Euroguidance Center in 2016.
